Accessible Forest Bathing with Sound Journey

Adapted Tourism V3 offers you an experience to connect with nature and renew your inner peace. During this activity, you will get lost in the heart of the Sierra Calderona to embrace the tranquility of the forest. You will walk together entering the mountains without a fixed direction, with the sole objective of feeling and observing the life of the ecosystems that surround you. You will discover plants and animals through playing with your senses, smelling, touching, even tasting, being aware of the present moment and moving away from mental noise. In the middle of your walk, you will enjoy a sound demonstration with Hang Drum. This forest bath is a healing journey for the body and soul.
