With the help of El Vermut restaurant, we bring you a unique and exclusive food and wine experience in a 17th century Valencian farmhouse restored and transformed into a traditional cuisine restaurant. With the El Vermut wine list you can go around the world in a glass of wine with the help of sommelier Carmen Ramos, tasting a wine from each of the continents. A unique way to appreciate wine and discover it in an unforgettable environment.
