A masterclass with history

In this combined experience we offer you a day of gastronomic and cultural learning with the Levante restaurant and the Benissanó Castle.
In the masterclass you will learn all the secrets to making an authentic Valencian paella from the hand of a family of Valencian chefs with several generations of experience. In addition, you will receive a diploma that will certify you as authentic paellero masters.
After the meal, you can walk to the castle, just 2 minutes from the restaurant, where with a guided tour, they will tell you all its secrets, such as that King Francis I of France was kept prisoner there.
