Artisanal production is one of the pillars of local gastronomy, accredited by the “Aliments Tradicionales de Llíria” brand, which distinguishes products from the meat sector (tarrina sobrasada, dried sausage or the “jarreta” sausage), ovens and pastries (buns, rotllets, bridal kisses or Llíria pecadets) and the Llíria garden. Among the latter, the Llíria tomato stands out, rich in flavor and with a lot of meat; and pumpkin, which is used in the preparation of traditional desserts.
